Regarding delivery
Regarding the shipping fee, in the case of Japan, it will be 500 yen nationwide.
From Hokkaido to Okinawa, we will deliver it free of charge for purchases of 18,000 yen (tax included) or more anywhere in the country.
As a general rule, we will deliver within 3 business days.
J.P. For domestic and overseas orders, we use SAGAWA in most regions. Depending on the shipping conditions, we may choose other carriers at our discretion.

For all orders
All orders will take a processing time, apart from the time it takes to reach your destination after being picked up by the applicable shipping company from our fulfillment center. Due to various factors, standard domestic and international orders can take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) to process.
After payment is approved and confirmed, it can take up to 4 business days for regular orders, up to 3 business days for expedited orders, and up to 1 business day for urgent orders. This is a guide only and does not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you refuse to ship from Abyssea, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the package to us in addition to the original shipping cost. This amount will be deducted from the credits issued.
If you lose your parcel, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery in order to be eligible for store credit or reshipment.
We do not guarantee liability for packages reported as "delivered" by the shipping company and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
If there is a non-delivery, or if the tracking information indicates that the shipping company has delivered the package, but you have not received the package, please contact us within 10 days to file a complaint. We will work with the shipping company to help you complete the complaint processing. Please note: Complaint processing can take up to 30 days (depending on your carrier). We are not responsible for packages reported by the carrier. No refunds or credits will be issued for packages that the carrier confirms to have been delivered.
